Square tube doubles as a guide rail, tube with additional lifting rails. The biggest advantage of the double column stacker is the strength and rigidity are better, and run smoothly. Generally for the high lifting height, from the larger weight and high speed of the three-dimensional warehouse stacker to use more double column structure. Double column stacker hoisting mechanism, the general use of chain drive, driven by the motor reducer sprocket rotation, through the chain of loading platform along the column or hoist rail for lifting movements. As the chain traction loading platform or counterweight, by the space size restrictions, transmission and layout is more complex, but the positioning is more accurate. 2.1.2 single column stacker. The single column structure of the stacker frame consists of a column and a lower beam. Columns are made of larger H-shaped steel or welded, with additional rails on the column. The machine is lighter in weight and consumes less material, so the manufacturing cost is relatively low, but the rigidity is slightly worse. Due to the erection of the loading platform and the goods against the column, as well as the horizontal inertia force generated by the walking and braking, the single column stacker is limited in its use. It is not suitable for stacking machines with high lifting capacity and high running speed. Single column stacker hoisting structure, the widespread use of wire rope drive, driven by the motor reducer drum rotation, through the wire rope trailer loading platform along the column or lifting rail for lifting movements. For wire rope drive, transmission and layout is relatively easy, but the positioning accuracy is slightly worse. 2.2 Running track of the roadway stacking crane The horizontal drive of the stacker is usually installed on the beam under the stacker and the wheel is driven by the motor reducer to rotate the stacker in the horizontal direction. This type of ground-driven approach is most common. Generally use two load-bearing wheels, along the laying on the ground track (usually also called the ground track) to run. Through the lower two sets of horizontal wheels along the orbital running guide, at the top of the stacker two sets of guide wheels along the upper track (usually also called the track) to run the auxiliary guide. In the form of its trajectory, there are linear run stackers and curve run stackers. 2.2.1 Straight line running stacker. Straight-run stackers can only run on straight tracks in a roadway and can not convert their own tracks. Only through other conveyor equipment conversion roadway, such as stacker transfer vehicles. Linear stacker can achieve high-speed operation, to meet the high frequency of storage warehouse operations, the most widely used. 2.2.2 Curve Run Stacker. Curved Run-type Stacker Wheels and lower beams are hinged by vertical axes and can be run on rings or other curved tracks, allowing curves to be transferred from one roadway to another without passing through other transport equipment. Such stackers are also commonly referred to as transition stackers. The curve-running stacker is limited in its use and is only applicable to the three-dimensional warehouse with a lower frequency of access. Because not only the venue to be limited by the radius of the corner, and the speed is particularly slow corner, can not meet the high storage and storage of three-dimensional warehouse operations.
